Invisalign® for Children

The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) recommends that all children should have an orthodontic check-up by the age of 7.

Dr. Yu-Ching Lai will evaluate the position of erupting teeth and the jaw growth pattern of your child and advise you and your child if the Phase I Treatment is needed.

Typically, Phase I treatment used a variety of orthodontic appliances and limited number of braces to treat children. Now Invisalign® First can offer the same predictable treatment outcome as traditional braces to young children.

What young children can benefit from Invisalign® First?

  • A more comfortable device than traditional braces.

  • Easy to brush their teeth. Just remove the aligners!

  • No broken braces, no poking wires. No emergency visit!

  • No restriction on food (except sugar, of course!). Eat anything you need as a growing child.

  • Provide the same predictable result as traditional braces do with similar treatment time.
